Bill Mcwilliams (William Henry McWilliams) was born on November 28, 1910 in Dubuque, Iowa. Mcwilliams attended the University of Iowa. Mcwilliams made his professional debut in the NFL in 1934 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 1 year career.
