Bill Mcpeak (William Patrick McPeak) was born on July 24, 1926 in New Castle, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at New Castle (PA), Mcpeak attended the University of Notre Dame and the University of Pittsburgh. Mcpeak made his professional debut in the NFL in 1949 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 9 year career.
Most people believe that 1950 was Bill Mcpeak's best year.
