Bill Mckinley (William J. McKinley) was born on January 14, 1949 in Vincennes, Indiana. After going to high school at Pueblo (Tucson, AZ), Mckinley attended the University of Arizona. Mckinley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1971 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 1 year career.
