Bill Line (Billy Boyd Line, Jr.) was born on August 11, 1948 in San Angelo, Texas. After going to high school at L.D. Bell (Hurst, TX), Line attended Southern Methodist University and United States Air Force Academy. Line made his professional debut in the NFL in 1972 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 1 year career.
