Bill Lee (William E. Lee, Sr.) was born on August 19, 1911 in Eutaw, Alabama. Lee attended the University of Alabama. Lee made his professional debut in the NFL in 1935 with the Brooklyn Dodgers. He played for the Green Bay Packers and Brooklyn Dodgers over the course of his 9 year career.
Most people believe that 1940 was Bill Lee's best year.
