Bill Killefer (William Lavier Killefer) was born on October 10, 1887 in Bloomingdale, Michigan. He made his Major League debut on September 13, 1909 for the St. Louis Browns. In 1910, his rookie year, he hit .124 with 0 home runs and 7 RBI. Killefer played for the St. Louis Browns, Philadelphia Phillies and Chicago Cubs over the course of his 13 year career.
