Bill Kerr (William Howard Kerr) was born on November 10, 1915 in Tarrytown, New York. After going to high school at Newburgh Free Academy (Newburgh, NY), Kerr attended the University of Notre Dame. Kerr made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1946 with the Los Angeles Dons. He played for the Los Angeles Dons for his entire 1 year career.
