Bill Kenney (William Patrick Kenney) was born on January 20, 1955 in San Francisco, California. After going to high school at San Clemente (CA), Kenney attended Arizona State University, Saddleback College and the University of Northern Colorado. Kenney made his professional debut in the NFL in 1980 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs for his entire 9 year career.

Most people believe that 1983 was Bill Kenney's best year, as he threw for 4348 yards and tossed 24 TDs.
