Bill Kellogg (William J. Kellogg) was born on March 3, 1897 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Allegany (NY), Kellogg attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Syracuse University. Kellogg made his professional debut in the NFL in 1924 with the Frankford Yellow Jackets. He played for the Rochester Jeffersons and Frankford Yellow Jackets over the course of his 2 year career.
