Bill Kellar (William Elden Kellar) was born on February 8, 1956 in Longview, Washington. After going to high school at Hillsboro (OR), Kellar attended Stanford University. Kellar made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs for his entire 1 year career.
