Bill Katrishen (William Katrishen) was born on May 7, 1922 in Hazelton, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Hazelton (PA), Katrishen attended the University of Alabama and the University of Southern Mississippi. Katrishen made his professional debut in the NFL in 1948 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 2 year career.
