Bill Jackson (William Steven Jackson) was born on July 1, 1960 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. After going to high school at North Forsyth (Winston-Salem, NC), Jackson attended the University of North Carolina. Jackson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 1 year career.
