Bill Hill (William Hill) was born on April 21, 1959 in Neptune, New Jersey. After going to high school at Howell (Farmingdale, NJ), Hill attended Rutgers State University of New Jersey. Hill made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 1 year career.
