Bill Gogolewski

Born on October 26, 1947 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Bill Gogolewski (William Joseph Gogolewski) played for the Washington Senators, Texas Rangers, Cleveland Indians and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 6 year career. Gogolewski broke into the bigs on September 3, 1970 with the Washington Senators, and put up a 2.75 ERA in 124.1 innings pitched in 1971, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Bill Gogolewski's best season was 1971, when he posted a 2.75 ERA and struck out 70 batters.
