Bill Frank (William Frank, Jr.) was born on April 13, 1938 in Denver, Colorado. After going to high school at West (Denver, CO), Frank attended the University of Colorado. Frank made his professional debut in the NFL in 1964 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 1 year career.
