Bill Fralic (William P. Fralic, Jr.) was born on October 31, 1962 in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Penn Hills (PA), Fralic attended the University of Pittsburgh. Fralic made his professional debut in the NFL in 1985 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons and Detroit Lions over the course of his 9 year career.
