Bill Fisk (William G. Fisk) was born on November 5, 1916 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Alhambra (CA), Fisk attended the University of Southern California. Fisk made his professional debut in the NFL in 1940 with the Detroit Lions. He played in the NFL for 4 years, playing for the Detroit Lions the entire time. Fisk also played in the AAFC for 3 years, playing for the San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Dons over the course of his 3 year AAFC career.

Most people believe that 1941 was Bill Fisk's best year.
