Bill Fifer (William Charles Fifer) was born on October 26, 1955 in Kerrville, Texas. After going to high school at Tivy (Kerrville, TX), Fifer attended West Texas A&M University. Fifer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints for his entire 1 year career.
