Bill Dreesen (William Richard Dreesen) was born on July 26, 1904 in New York, New York. He made his Major League debut on May 1, 1931 for the Boston Braves. In 1931, his rookie year, he hit .222 with 1 home run and 10 RBI. Dreesen played for the Boston Braves for his entire 1 year career.
