Bill Davidson (William A. Davidson) was born on June 15, 1915 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Mount Lebanon (PA), Davidson attended Temple University. Davidson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1937 with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He played for the Pittsburgh Pirates for his entire 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1937 was Bill Davidson's best year.
