Bill Cappelman (George William Cappelman) was born on March 12, 1947 in Brooksville, Florida. After going to high school at Dunedin (FL), Cappelman attended Florida State University. Cappelman made his professional debut in the NFL in 1970 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1970 was Bill Cappelman's best year.
