Biff Sheehan (Timothy James Sheehan) was born on February 13, 1868 in Hartford, Connecticut. He made his Major League debut on July 22, 1895 for the St. Louis Perfectos. In 1895, his rookie year, he hit .317 with 1 home run and 18 RBI. Sheehan played for the St. Louis Perfectos for his entire 2 year career.
