Better ways to score in Fantasy Football?

I haven't played Fantasy Football for too long, but I do know that I love it. Because of my relative inexperience, I normally use Yahoo for all my fantasy needs. After making a league and setting up all the point values etc., I started wondering if there was a better way to score.
Last year, the guys with Alexander, James and LJ(me) dominated everybody else. I wanted more strategy, a deeper field of players to choose from, and some more competitiveness. Do RBs carry too much weight? (Yahoo scores a point for every 20 yards and 6 for a TD.) Then a friend forwarded me a site where this guy did a pretty deep analysis of scoring in fantasy and had some good ideas I thought. He calls for changing the point values for QB rushing specifically, some changes in the TE position, and adding some stats to WR, all while keeping the RB the same. His aim was to keep it realistic in terms of the contribution that player made to the team. Check it out below.
My question to the AGM community is...have you found a good, all-around scoring system that you normally use in your leagues? When using the normal Yahoo system, do you feel that RBs are overpowered?
