Best Mid Major Team (Hint: Not In the MVC)

The best Mid Major College Basketball team in the country does not play in the Missouri Valley Conference. This team doesn't play just one top 25 squad a year, make their record look good, get one tourney upset, and call themselves the next Gonzaga. This team has already proven they can play and its the second week of the season. Ok, Ill get to the point, that the Butler Bulldogs are the best mid major in the country. And all everyone on this site can do is say MVC MVC. You guys complain about ESPN on showing the ACC but all you guys talk about is MVC.
Get over it, there is one great team in the MVC and its WSU. Three or four others from that conference are solid. But this is a team game, and teams win championships not conferences. The Missouri Valley Conference teams play big time schools from big time conferences. Trouble is that those big name teams are having off years. Southern Illinois big game so far is going to be Indiana. And from now on no one on this sight call WSU good and trys to make it fresh. I did it 6 weeks ago, its mine, and everyone already knows they can play.
But on to the Butler Bulldogs. Think they dont play it tough early? Heres there resume after 5 weeks of ball; Notre Dame, Indiana, Illinois, Tennessee, and Gonzaga. Two of these teams are top 25 and none of them were able to beat the Bulldogs. I know, Sunday they suffered an 8 point loss on the road at Indiana State, but of course ISU is in Armchairs beloved MVC. So that loss gets thrown out? So for all those doubters the Bulldogs are still 10-1 and should still be in the top 25.
