Bert Daniels (Bernard Elmer Daniels) was born on October 31, 1882 in Danville, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on June 25, 1910 for the New York Highlanders. In 1910, his rookie year, he hit .253 with 1 home run and 17 RBI. Daniels played for the New York Highlanders, New York Yankees and Cincinnati Reds over the course of his 5 year career.

Most people believe that Bert Daniels's best season was 1912, when he stole 37 bases.
