Bert Cooper (Bertram Genard Cooper) was born on August 24, 1952 in Tallahassee, Florida. After going to high school at Florida (Tallahassee, FL), Cooper attended Florida State University. Cooper made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for his entire 1 year career.
