Bert Baston (Albert Preston Baston) was born on December 3, 1894 in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. After going to high school at St. Louis Park (MN), Baston attended the University of Minnesota. Baston made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Cleveland Tigers. He played for the Cleveland Tigers for his entire 1 year career.
