Bernard Quarles (Bernard Quarles) was born on January 4, 1960 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Jefferson (Los Angeles, CA), Quarles attended the University of California - Los Angeles and the University of Hawaii. Quarles made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams for his entire 1 year career.
