Ben Roderick (Benjamin Aaron Roderick) was born on May 11, 1899 in Navarre, Ohio. After going to high school at Washington (Massillon, OH), Roderick attended Boston College, Columbia University and The College of Wooster. Roderick made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Canton Bulldogs. He played for the Canton Bulldogs and Buffalo Bisons over the course of his 3 year career.
