Ben Davis (Mark Christopher Davis) was born on March 10, 1977 in Chester, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on September 25, 1998 for the San Diego Padres. In 1999, his rookie year, he hit .244 with 5 home runs and 30 RBI. Davis played for the San Diego Padres, Seattle Mariners and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 7 year career.
Most people believe that Ben Davis's best season was 2001, when he knocked in 57 runs.
