Beasley Reece (Beasley Young Reece) was born on March 18, 1954 in Waco, Texas. After going to high school at Waco (TX), Reece attended the University of North Texas. Reece made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the New York Giants, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Dallas Cowboys over the course of his 9 year career.

Most people believe that 1980 was Beasley Reece's best year, as he picked off 3 passes and had 471 kick return yards.
