Bart Carroll (Bart J. Carroll) was born on December 29, 1893 in Massena, New York. After going to high school at Massena (NY), Carroll attended Colgate University. Carroll made his professional debut in the APFA in 1920 with the Rochester Jeffersons. He played for the Rochester Jeffersons for his entire 1 year career.
