Barry Wilburn (Barry Todd Wilburn) was born on December 9, 1963 in Memphis, Tennessee. After going to high school at Melrose (Memphis, TN), Wilburn attended the University of Mississippi. Wilburn made his professional debut in the NFL in 1985 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins, Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 8 year career.

Most people believe that 1987 was Barry Wilburn's best year, as he picked off 9 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
