Barry Moore

Born on April 3, 1943 in Statesville, North Carolina, Barry Moore (Robert Barry Moore) played for the Washington Senators, Cleveland Indians and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 6 year career. Moore broke into the bigs on May 29, 1965 with the Washington Senators, and put up a 3.75 ERA in 62.1 innings pitched in 1966, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Barry Moore's best season was 1968, when he posted a 3.37 ERA and struck out 56 batters.
