I am formally lodging a protest concerning Question#1. Pre-San Fran Barry's father is Bobby Bonds. However, Post-Pittsburgh Franken Barry's father/creator is Victor Conte. Which is the correct answer? :)

Because his name is "Bonds", you have to write "Bonds'". Bond's gives the impression that his name is Bond. But it isn't.

So what's the possessive of Bonds? Bonds' or Bonds's...are there multiple Bondses?

You use "'s" with legendary figures... If you consider Bonds legendary, then put Bonds's. As for the possessive of a word ending in s, I believe "Bonds'" is the answer.

Image:Dictionary.jpg This user will go out of his way to point out errors in spelling and grammar. It's not because he wants to be rude, but because he loves the language so much.

"He" is used for the sake of a pronoun. It equally applies to she.

Yeah, for the possessive (I didn't explain as well as I could have), it is Bonds's or Bonds', depending on whether you consider him legendary... But the type of people I'm thinking about are Zeus and Jesus here... So he doesn't quite fit into that bracket.

I don't know if that's right... Wikipedia cunningly sneaks around the issue - "The Miracles of Jesus" is the title of the relevant page...

Having searched The Bible on Wikisource, it doesn't mention either Jesus' or Jesuses at any point in it. What you typed must have been written since then. I imagined the Bible would set a precedent, but obviously not!
