Baby Ray (Buford G. Ray) was born on September 30, 1914 in Una, Tennessee. After going to high school at Central (Nashville, TN), Ray attended Vanderbilt Universtiy. Ray made his professional debut in the NFL in 1938 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 11 year career.
Most people believe that 1946 was Baby Ray's best year.
