What are College Football's best storylines for 2007.
What are College Football's best storylines for 2007.

Ah, its July. The fireworks are now over, and the baseball season is in full swing, meaning just one thing, College football season is just around the corner. Very soon, they'll enter summer training camps to dust off those playbooks and mull over key personnel decisions.

What are the most important stories you see emerging as the college season nears? We have our own worries. Can USC live up to the hype? Can Florida repeat? Who can possibly replace Troy Smith and Ted Ginn Jr. at Ohio State? Will The Beast pick University of Louisville to win it all again? What are your top college football storylines for the new season?

Joe Paterno coming back from a broken leg and torn knee ligaments and leading Penn St. to an undefeated season and a berth in the BCS championship game.

How about USC living up to the hype and Notre Dame losing another bowl game.

I think Florida can DEFINITELY repeat. They have some good coaches and a good rep for winning right now. I think they definitely have a chance...

They only return one starter on defense. That is a huge question mark. People need to remember that their defense is what won them the title, not Urban Meyer's offense. People forget that.

I enjoy the anticipation of a new coach and new systems. This year we have quite a few to choose from. This is not a my team is better than your team rant, but a let's see what the new coach is able to do especially when not too much is expected. Any hidden surprises expected?

SC will definitely live up to the hype and Notre Dame will lose their bowl game. (Assuming, of course, they are invited to one.) The Trojans will exact revenge on fUCLA and Oregon State for last year's losses and dominate their opponents to quell the cries of "overrated" from their foes. :)
