Austin Higgins (Austin George Higgins) was born on November 29, 1897 in Louisville, Kentucky. Higgins attended none. Higgins made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Louisville Brecks. He played in the APFA for 1 year, playing for the Louisville Brecks the entire time. Higgins also played in the NFL for 2 years, playing for the Louisville Brecks the entire time.
