Aubrey Gatewood

Born on November 17, 1938 in Little Rock, Arkansas, Aubrey Gatewood (Aubrey Lee Gatewood) played for the Los Angeles Angels, California Angels and Atlanta Braves over the course of his 4 year career. Gatewood broke into the bigs on September 11, 1963 with the Los Angeles Angels, and put up a 2.24 ERA in 60.1 innings pitched in 1964, his rookie year.
Most people believe that Aubrey Gatewood's best season was 1964, when he posted a 2.24 ERA.
