Artie Ulmer (Charles Artie Ulmer) was born on July 30, 1973 in Rincon, Georgia. After going to high school at Effingham County (Rincon, GA), Ulmer attended Georgia Southern University and Valdosta State Universtiy. Ulmer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1999 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Atlanta Falcons, San Francisco 49ers and Denver Broncos over the course of his 7 year career.
Most people believe that 2000 was Artie Ulmer's best year.
