Although you can point to any season in which injuries have just about spoiled the season of a team this year it seems that more than a fair share of teams have been affected. Much has been written about the Patriots and Brady but there are other teams that have struggled with the injury bug as well. While handicapping NFL Picks this week it's certainly important to take injuries into account but most lines are adjusted for that fact anyway (just look at Dallas as only a 7 point chalk without Romo). So, if lines makers adjust the lines for that fact, how does a bettor put odds on his side? One facet is historical trends and angles. While, just like injuries, they shouldn't be the only reason for betting on an NFL Pick it certainly can point you in the right direction. So let's take a look at this weeks NFL Picks and Betting Angles.

Tennessee at Kansas City

Tennessee is 2-10 ATS as favorites off a SU non divisional win against and opponent off a SU loss while Kansas City is 6-0 in game Six and 10-1 as home dogs versus an opponent off back to back SU & ATS wins. Recommendation: Kansas City

Minnesota at Chicago

Minnesota is 0-5 ATS in game seven and 2-14 as a road dog versus a opponent off a SU & ATS loss while Chicago coach Smith is 8-1 off a SU non divisional loss against an opponent off a SU win. Recommendation: Chicago

San Francisco at NY Giants

San Francisco coach NOLAN is 1-8 ATAS versus a non divisional opponent off a SU loss while New York is 4-0 the L4 in this series and 7-1 off an AFC North contest versus a opponent off back to back SU losses. Recommendation: New York Giants

Michael easily cashed in his NFL Game of the Week last week and has lost these big games only once this season.
