I know its a Thursday but oh well...here's a look at all the sports stories that seem to be making all the headlines

The NBA MVP Controversy- If they choose CP3, they basically slap Kobe in the face because he finally made the Lakers contenders and still can't win. If they choose Kobe, it just shows that they screwed up in the past because if Paul doesn't deserve it then Nash sure as hell did'nt deserve 2. If they choose Lebron James, its favoritism for their golden child and if they chooseKG its simply the best player on the best team (even though i think Pierce would deserve it more) I think they might have to do a Paul-Kobe co-MVP so writers can preserve the limited power they actually have.

Kansas wins Title- Greatest game of the tourney...if only I didn't root against both teams since the sweet 16 I might've enjoyed it more.

Michael Vick plays prison football- Here comes the plethora of bad Longest Yard jokes, Cincinnati Bengals and Pacman Jones jokes.

Bill Buckner Throws First Pitch in Sox opener- Grady Little, there may be hope for you yet. Bartman I don't think so

(Insert Freshman name here) declares for NBA draft- They would've left their sophmore year of high school if you let them, why act surprised. You go to college to get a career later on, isn't this basically what they're doing.

Brett Favre sorta implied a comeback- He's gone, face it. Stop twisting words, hiring body language experts and getting John Madden's hopes up.

NHL Playoffs- Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawn. (Sorry Hockey fans LMAO)

Lady Vols Win Title- Now Candace Parker has joined WNBA and never be heard about again :(

Fight for 8th seed- Hope Pacers get it in the East, Jim O'Brien is still my favorite Celtics coach, Hope Dallas misses playoffs but it likely won't happen, Denver blows it Karl gets Kanned, Larry Brown to Nuggets rumors swirl (you heard it here first)

Patrick Ewing, Hakeem Olajuwon and Dicky V make Hall- Congrats to all but the Michael Jordan magic number is at 1 now

NFL Draft- Mel Kiper Jr. says Matt Ryan can throw a football 169 yards while having sex...how could the Dolphins not take him #1...wait I know because Kiper said John Beck was one of the best QBs in the draft last year

Brett Favre never fully turned in his retirement stuff yet ;). We can only pray for a comeback, granted I think that Rogers might do well(look at the dallas game). And this is coming from a Packer fan.
