The Jets Moves Continue, Clement Released, Woolfolk signed

GM Mike Tannenbaum clearly has been on the phone for several days straight, today announced the release of tackle Anthony Clement, and the signing of CB Andre Woolfolk.

Clement started all 33 games he played in 2 seasons for the Jets at right tackle. His services clearly became expendable with yesterday's signing of Damien Woody, who is slated to take over at the right tackle position.

Andre Woolfolk joins the Jets after being out of football in 2007. He previously played in four seasons with the Titans, playing in 39 games and starting 11. He racked up 94 tackles, 3 INTs, 18 passes defended, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
