It's bout time we give these poor guys a break...they spend their entire existence looking at the back of our necks or the crack of our behinds! You'd think they be pissed by now...but instead of being mad...they give us an offer we can't refuse! And what would that be you ask? Well, it goes somethin' like this: From now until August 31st they have teamed up with MLB.com to offer a 5-day free trial of MLB.TV...and yes, it's the premium package with MLB Mosaic, (which gives you the ability to watch up to 6 games at once), and the radio package too in case a game in your particular market is blacked out. Here's how it works:

1) Go to www.mlb.com

2) Look for the Fruit of the Loom logo with the offer and click it.

3) Sign up for the package...it is $29.95 for the rest of the year and the playoffs. Your credit card will NOT be charged if you e-mail them on the 4th day and tell them to cancel you after the 5th. I loved the package, so I kept it for the rest of the year.

I know Directv has the baseball package also...but this is far cheaper and with the Premium package you get a 1.2mb stream...and a TV quality picture. But don't forget to download the plug-ins they offer with it. They make the stream run seamlessly. I've had zero problems with it since I've been using it. I'm a life-long Yankee fan (an ugly place to be right now), but I've really enjoyed watching afternoon games from Wrigley field and the such. So if the mood strikes ya...SALUTE THE FRUIT!!!!
