Ok, here it goes...
  • Giants: 7-1 record, could easily be 8-0 like the Titans had Eli played like he had been all season during their only loss to the Browns. They are 5-0 in the very tough NFC East.
  • Lebron James: He's the king, enough said. Hands down, my favorite NBA player.
  • None of the above: Haha, just kidding. I'll go with CSI, I guess.
  • Penn State: They should at least be number 2 in the Nation right now. They really have proved themselves right now, and Joe Pa has done a terrific job with these troublemakers-er, I mean PLAYERS.
  • O.J. Mayo- I like guys who know how to score.
  • Step Brothers: Hilarious
  • Anderson Silva: The only one I've heard of. Sorry, but I'm not an MMA fan.
  • Manny Ramirez: Hopefully he'll be a Dodger again and will lead them back to the playoffs in '09.
  • Kurt Warner: Many thought he was wayy past his prime when he was in New York. Matt who?? Looks like Leinart is going to have to wait another year or two.
  • Alex Rodriguez- He really knows how to play the game (and hit the baseball, of course).
Sorry, but I am too young to vote. So it looks like I won't be doing any of that.

No offense, Sportsbrief, but shouldn't this be a lockerroom post?

The best team in the NFL: right now, the New York Giants would get my vote. Although the Giants have a 7-1 record (which is 1 more loss than the Titans have, as they're still undefeated), the Giants have played tougher teams than the Titans have, and have a much higher overall point difference in their games compared to the Titans.

I'd go with the Titans second (who could go wrong with that? 8-0), the Steelers in third, and the Panthers not far behind bringing up the rear.

The best player in the NBA: LeBRON!!! I'm sorry Laker fans, but I'd rather have Bron on my team than Kobe. Who can go wrong with someone who scored 30 points/game last season along with 7.9 rebounds/ game and 7.2 assists/game. He's everything combined into 1: a great offensive and defensive player, decent 3 point shooter, and you're guaranteed that he's going to have at least a decent game when he steps on the court (consistency).

I'd go with Chris Paul second, Kobe third, and Dwight Howard fourth (for a center, he's pretty fackin' good though)

The best show on television right now: I'm not much of a fan of any of these shows, since I usually don't have the time or just don't feel like watching any of these shows. I'd probably go with the Office. from what I've heard, it's great. As a business major, I should probably look into watching it. ;)

CSI's a good show, and that's second. I don't know much about 30 Rock or the new 90210, so they're tied for third...

I'm not that much of a College Football fan, so bear with me. The best team right about now would probably be undefeated. I'd probably go with Penn State. WOW! Look at their scores.

Texas Tech wouldn't be far behind... then Alabama... and I'm not really sure about the rest.

The best NBA Rookie: I'm going for Derrick Rose this season. I hope he can the Bulls back to where the were a couple of years ago. (Call me biased, as I don't really like Beasley that much)...

Beasley would be second, then Fernandez, then Mayo...

Best Will Ferrell Movie: A NIGHT AT THE ROXBURY (classic)! Out of the choices, I think I'd go with Old School. That movie was EXTREMELY funny!

I can't rank the other movies. I haven't seen the other three.

Best MMA fighter: Not much knowledge in this category for me either. But I'd go with Georges St. Pierre; he's the only one I've heard of before this poll.

Burnett... he's going to be underrated before the '09 season starts. He has really good stuff, and I'm looking forward to seeing who's going to put him on the roster...

Kurt Warner...

Hanley Ramirez...
