NFL Contraction?

Every so often the talk of expansion and contraction comes into play across the whole realm of professional sports. That being said...If the NFL was looking to contract 2 teams and they agreed to take it to us as fans and supporters of the league as to whom it should be...How would you vote? Remember, it totally hinges on our vote and the NFL would abide by it. Explain your logic on the 2 teams you would contract.

Interesting topic.

In order to initiate the discussion, why don't you start by giving your two teams?

I need to give this further thought in order to provide an intelligent response

They'll expand before they contract. You're talking about the NFL...

I also believe the NFL would add four teams before contracting two. There's too much money being made to go backwards.

If they absolutely had to...Jaguars and Saints, though as everybody else has said, they'll expand before they contract.

Hi,

There are supposedly plans to build a football stadium 20 miles east of LA, and I would love to see the NFL come back here.

Time will tell.

The NFL's set up so that every team makes the same amount of money, more or less. They won't shrink, not now and likely not ever, unless something awful (great depression II, bird flu plague, etc) happens. And then it's likely Jacksonville and Buffalo. Two cities that don't have a great economic structure.
