Ummm...do you mean football figures? I'm confused here. Your entire top 10 consists of guys noted for their hall-of-fame coaching.

Someone is a Patriots hater. Tom Brady at 194 (Steve Tasker is a better football player?), and no Bill Belichick in the top 10 coaches. Even Al Davis, who coached for 3 years, is apparently better than Belichick.

Not to mention that Tom Brady holds the record for the most touchdown passes in a season, the second best passing rating of all time, a former MVP, a two-time Superbowl MVP, and has had two "good" seasons as a QB so far in his career; the rest of them were [what I consider] either "very good" or amazing.

and appearantly Peyton is 29th, making him better than Steve Young, Larry Csonka, Bo Jackson, and Warren Moon, to name a few. And Polomalu and Bledsoe are better than Brady? This list is crazy.

If the Steelers won 4 Super Bowls, shouldn't at least one of them (HOFers such as...Lambert, Ham, Greene, Bradshaw, Harris, Swann, Stallworth) be in the top 10? And yet, there are two 49ers in the top three. The highest a 70s Steeler gets is Ham at 25?

Oops - Greene at 21, my bad. Still - I think its pretty lame that Bruce Matthews is in the top 10, but nobody from the Steelers is. Or the 70s Cowboys or 80s Skins for that matter.

Well I'd start off by saying Belichick isn't a great football player but he is a great coach.

We're all over the cheating thing now that the Pats aren't winning anymore. ;-)

Unless you're the same person then you shouldn't change the person who wrote this article's opinion.

If he thinks Tom Brady is #194 then leave it that way and don't fiddle around.

If it is you who wrote this.....well then you just changed your mind. ;-)

What kind of crap is this? Drew Bledsoe and Phil Simms are ranked ahead of Brady? Just because you don't like him I mean it's your list. That gives the list NO creditbilty none. I mean where is Jeff Hostetler???? he has as many rings as Simms. What a joke!!!! How is BOBBY HERBERT not in the top 10 are you kidding me???? Another Glaring admission where is Daunte Culpepper he helped a team have a perfect season and he's not on the list???? What a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

number 3 this is my list and ive got news for u. brady is a fag. matt cassel is better than him, hes just on a great franchise built by bill belechick. im gonna guess u want proof, so heres ur proof. cassel has started 1 year and has had 2, 400 yard passing games. brady has started several years and that fag has only put up one.2 culpepper sucked and will never get a spot in the top 500. hostetler showed up for big games but sucked otherwise. bledsoe may not have been a great leader, but he guided his team to the SB and always seemed to screw up in big games. simms is higher than freaking brafy because he was down right a better QB and didnt have 5 great receivers around him. HE, BY HIMSELF had to make plays or give it to the quickly aging ottis anderson in the regular season AND the super bowl. brady, however, has always had good receivers all around him. in my opinion wes welker is the best receiver in the NFL right now. he used to have the great deion branch. he has randy moss. i mean gosh, belechick has built this team with serious talent. even his 3rd and 4th string receivers have serious talent in jabar gaffney and chad jackson. that is why i put simms and bledsoe above that fag brady. hes lucky hes on such a good team. i will give it to u, bobby herbert put up good numbers for some really awful teams, JUST LIKE SIMMS, but that doesnt get him a spot in the top 300 because there are so many that were better than him. so number 3, u can keep your mouth shut because u obviously know very little about how to compare players.

Cassel hasn't played a down in the NFL outside of the Patriots and neither has Brady and you conclude that?

I think Brady is overrated but that's a god-awful argument you made.

I won't waste my time picking apart this argument full of gigantic holes.

oh yeah because having Troy Brown and David Patten as starting WRs with Kevin faulk as RB and Jermaine Wiggins at TE is such a start-studded team. Brady has the 4th highest career passer rating. Yards in one game is a horrible metric because it generally means that the team is trailing/they have no running game if they're throwing 400+ yards a game multiple times in a season. Also on the list of 400+ yard games are Matt Leinart, Chris Weinke, Brian Greise, Jon Kitna, Joey Harrington, Billy Volek, Marc Bulger, Tim Rattay, Tommy Maddox, Charlie Batch, Brad Johnson Aaron Brooks, Gus Ferotte, and Jake Plummer. Long story short, it's a meaningless stat unless you've done it several times.

Oh and Jackson was cut before the regular season. Plus Bledsoe's sole Super Bowl team had 6 Pro Bowlers, 4 of which were on offense. And Glenn had one of the best seasons for a rookie WR in NFL history that year. And they had Milloy and Bruschi as Rookies. In fact, the pats were second in offense in the NFL that season. Don't even think of trying to say that Bledsoe never had talent because that's complete crap.

And Welker isn't even the best WR on the pats roster, much less in the NFL.

and while simms didnt have a spectacular offensive supporting cast in his super bowl season, he did have the infamous Parcels/Belichick defense led by Lawrence Taylor. I feel having LT on your roster kinda makes your job a bit easier regardless of your position

If I was a pro football player, I would definitely think you all sound pretty stupid.

But since I'm me, you are definitely stupid. This is someone's list, not yours. Don't like it? grow up and get over it.

Apparently the "powers that be" at AGM are too narrow minded to let people be themselves for their own reasons.

FP, SSR... you are ADMINS here. You should be encourageing, NOT discouraging this. You should be ASHAMED of yourselves for reacting to this list as you have. In fact, I am ASHAMED for you.

Meaningless Facts that you decide to scramble to support your argument should never get in the way of someone else's personal tastes.

Kudos to whoever assembled this list and please, please, please disregard the haterism of the loud minority! Keep typing and Eff the morons who don't have the balls to let you be you!

Long live anonymous fanatics!

Jabar Gaffney? Chad Jackson? These guys are nobodies without Brady. And what's Deion Branch done lately? How about David Givens? If Wes Welker is the best WR in the NFL, how come in 2006 he had 687 receiving yards and 1 TD. How come Miami let him go for a 2nd round pick?

Obviously I was being a bit sarcastic with BOBBY HERBERT and CULPEPPER. And I did say it's your list you can rank how you want. I'm not even a pats fan but the man can play and has done it with a mutlitude of receivers and different offense cordinators. Has won superbowls and let me remind you drove his team down the field to get in field goal range in the last minute in two of them, and the one he lost drove his team down and gave them the lead with under 2 min. He might or might not be a "fag" as you claim although his wife is pretty hot. Again I'm not a pats fan I hate Brady but he is top 20 all time the wins don't lie he's also clutch. And he has 5 or 6 good years left. And please don't bring up the "cheating" it's tired boring and irreverent.

try picking it apart ssreporters. this is my list and honestly I HATE BRADY but him winning 3 bowls, i have to give him some credit. cassel has done a better job than him INDIVIDUALLY, dont bring up brady's 50 TDS 07 because he just threw it to moss or welker. cassel was CHEATED from a spot in the playoffs. who knows what he could have done. in SB 42 brady threw it to benjamin or welker repeatedly. that SB or SB 3 was the biggest upset of all time.

No I don't they broke a rule but there tittles are not getting ripped so there is no use in really complaining about it. I do like Cassel he really came on at the end of last season when the coaches seem tohave more faith in him and let him run the offense instead of babying him like they did early in the year. I think he'll do well in KC
