ESPN Fires Back about the Chris Berman Seven Part YouTube Series...

Just a day after I sat here and questioned whether or not ESPN would open their cake holes regarding the seven part mini series going on over on YouTube starring their very own Chris Berman, or just do a Jay-Z and go ahead and brush it off their shoulders...It turns out they floored me and released the following song and dance to my surprise...

"The off air videos are now nearly a decade old and do not reflect his typical workplace demeanor, his relationships with co-workers, nor the contributions he has made to ESPN over many years. Chris has a tremendous connection with sports fans and his body of work should not be judged by a few minutes of unguarded language uttered years ago. We aren't excusing the language used and will be emphasizing to our workforce the importance of using appropriate language in the workplace."

Tap Dancing appears to be the theme of the day! Although if this was a Dancing With the Stars episode Roger Clemens would win hands down! I think this needs to be taken to Capital Hill...What ya think?

I think Clemens and Berman would kill their "Dancing With the Stars Partners" with their sheer body mass.

Big whoop. I could name a few guys over at ESPN whose off-camera tirades make Berman look like a kid selling candy bars door to door. You guys remember him? He had one once that was not only hilarious but made Eddie Murphy's "RAW" look clean.

ESPN just proving once again why it sucks in a MTV-not-playing-music-videos anymore kind of way.

Tila Tequila is pretty solid too, especially when you're not all there. But again I'm not sure if it's MTV or VH1. I just know when I'm on one of the two channels.

Actually, funny thing Tyrone - on my parents cable line up you'll get:

37- MTV

38- VH1

39- ESPN

40- ESPN2...

And despite what people are saying above, ESPECIALLY the Tila, and the Super 16 shows and shit of that nature blows. You can't rationalize MTV these days unless your either in High School, openly or sceretly Gay or have no concept of quality television .

One time last week I actually saw a music video on MTV. Actually it may have been a dream, it is just so unlikely maybe even to good to be true.
