Do You Read Playboy?

When it comes to my opinion of PLayboy, read my lips.... YAAAAAAWN... If Larry Flynt calls, it's a different story.

Here's where I was at about 3 years ago...poor and in college (now I'm just poor!) and I had to decide whether to keep Maxim or playboy... Fact of the matter is, playboy is just a better read...say what you want. I (and probably my generation, as well as a few others) have been so desensitized to porn that I don't really pay all that much attention to the pictures, but the articles are pretty good...personally, I enjoy reading it on the can...

You can sleep I don't care, just drop me off at the grotto. Is that too much to ask?

It's because it was a football preview and you like your brain. Say what you want about Playboy's articles (which can be hard hitting journalism, engaging interviews and delightful fictional yarns) but their sports predictions are beyond putrid.

Yeah their sports generally suck... think I just went to the NFL preview (which was all of 1 page btw) looked at their SB prediction (New England and Dallas I think) and skipped the rest...

Actually, I'd say about every other month they have a good interview (I haven't read the Pete Wentz one yet, doubt I will unless i get diarrhea) and some of their pop culture reviews (like movies) are entertaining as well...

I could do without some of the fiction though...

Lots of things are considered to be "of the Devil"... like any of the "enjoyments" of man... Ever use the internet? The internet is a tool of the Devil by your earthly definition. Keeps idle hands busy with the ways of man... why else would you enjoy predicting scores so much? It's non-commital gambling, is it not?

I don't lust the women of Playboy and Playboy doesn't make men lust women more than they already do... How many men (and women) has God saved through the tool of Playboy??? If it is even one soul - Who are YOU to question it? It really isn't your duty to declare what is evil and what is good. Let me remind you that the GOD that created "all" also created "evil" and "sin" and the "devil"... That which is of the devil is ALSO of GOD!

If lust is such a sin, why do lust other people to recieve YOUR (not God's, your) message so much?

Who are you to tell me I'm blind? Perhaps I am... Perhaps I know it! Perhaps it is my greatest glory to God! Maybe I've seen the light so much that I no longer need to see what is in this realm of existence?
