Crazy NCAA Championship Pick??

I'm not sure how many people(outside of Xavier fans) are going to pick Xavier to win the NCAA Championship this year.

Why not pick Xavier?

Ofcourse alot of similiar statistics can be mentioned about other teams, so why Xavier?

Drew Lavender should be healthy(and fresh) come tournament time

I'll tell you why not Xavier. Xavier won't win the NCAA Tournament because they have to win 6 straight games against the top 65 teams in the Nation. Moreover they have to hope not to face a team that seriously outmatches them (Memphis, UCLA, UNC, Texas, Kansas) doesn't meet them before the Elite 8. The don't have the depth or the team strength to win 6 straight games in 3 weeks against the best in the nation. Not going to happen.

Also the close loss at home against Tenn, paired with the 20 point loss at Arizona State doesn't encourage me.

Why not pick Xavier? Very simple: UNC, UCLA, Memphis, Tennessee, Duke, Kansas, Georgetown, Texas...
